I have been practicing law since 2009. Before starting my own practice, I worked for more than
10 years in top Czech law firms, as well as three years in the legal department of a multinational
company.

I have been a member of the Czech Bar Association (Česká advokátní komora) since I passed the
bar examination (Advokátní zkouška) in 2016. I am a graduate of Faculty of Law, Charles
University Prague, where I got my Master’s Degree (Mgr.) in 2012 and Doctoral Degree (JUDr.)
in 2021.

I speak English, Czech, and Russian fluently, and can provide comprehensive legal services in all
these languages. I have a long and successful track record of assisting clients on matters both
within the Czech Republic and in foreign countries.

and corporate acquisitions, legal due diligence projects, and the creation of joint ventures.
Additionally, I have extensive experience representing clients in complex cases – in court, in
out-of-court negotiations, and before public authorities.
