Please be informed that I am obliged to implement measures pursuant to applicable regulations, including Act No. 253/2008 Coll., On Certain Measures against the Legalization of Proceeds from Crime and the Financing of Terrorism, as amended. With respect to this obligation each client is obliged to provide me with all cooperation necessary to comply with the above obligation, including obligation to identify a client, its shareholders/members/participants, its statutory bodies and their members. I as an Attorney I shall not disclose any information of a confidential nature that I have acquired in connection with the provision of the legal services, this obligation arising from relevant legal regulations, as well as professional regulations applicable to the legal profession and the provision of legal services.
I also reserve the right to mention the client’s name and brief characterization of completed transactions in connection with which I provided legal services to the client, in marketing documentation that is or to be used for reference, marketing and other similar purposes.
